Welcome to this stunning private waterfront cottage! This pet-welcoming home is ideal for families and group getaways looking to include their beloved four-legged friends. Enjoy the water with 2 complimentary paddleboards and a canoe, relax in the dedicated sunroom, or unwind with a movie on 1 of the 2 Smart TVs.

To encourage a break from electronics, we have thoughtfully provided a collection of books, games, puzzles, toys, ensuring the younger ones have plenty of engaging activities to enjoy.

The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining area, and living room, granting picturesque views of the Washadem oak Lake through large windows. Boasting plenty of space for up to 6 guests, the main level boasts two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. The master bedroom features a queen bed, while the second bedroom offers a double bed. In the basement, you'll find the third bedroom with a double bed, along with a bathroom equipped with a shower and a second living room.

Cook up some delicious outdoor meals with the BBQ and feel free to gather around the outdoor firepit (firewood is provided for your convenience).

We offer ample parking space on the property, although it's important to note that the driveway is long and bumpy. The driveway is in an L shape.
