Clean room. adequate amenities. nice view of the harbor from the roof deck. very central. while it can get a little loud from the nearby bars, the noise tones down by 10pm. nice rooftop bar and restaurant with plunge pool and views. Will stay here again when I get back."

"A perfect place for a 5 day stay, my deluxe bungalow room was next to the pool. It was peaceful, clean and spacious with both AC and a fan. Breakfast is a bonus! The hotel is located outside of the centre of Labuan Baja, and getting into town was easy using the Grab app for a moped. Free shuttle to the airport which was 10 minutes away. Recommend for a peaceful stay. "

I reported one of the ceiling lights is not functioning. Engineering came and checked, smiled, said okay, and left. Never to return. The shower fixture was leaking. Deze plek is vooral fijn door het uiterst behulpzame personeel, wat bij elke vraag meedenkt en je van alle gemakken probeert te voorzien. Ze helpen met het regelen van eten, de was en staan zelfs voor je klaar als je een dokter nodig hebt (een van onze reizigers had koorts gekregen voor aankomst). Wij hebben zeer genoten van deze fijne oase en raden het iedereen aan. "
