Suite Ninfa is a welcoming studio apartment, completely renovated and located on the ground floor of a building in Querceta, a small village in the heart of Versilia area.
The studio apartment is equipped with: air conditioning, Internet Wifi, and a small courtyard (not private) with synthetic lawn and breakfast table. Small pets are allowed on request.
Inside Suite Ninfa you will find: a double bed, coat hanger, two windows, a small table for 2 people, tv and a small kitchen (with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, and coffee machine). There is also a bathroom with shower.
Lastly at guests' disposal a washing machine, located under the stairs of the building, on the ground floor. The washing machine is shared with the other studio apartment Suite Romantica.

Prices and conditions
Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi.
Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (100.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).
Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 300.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages. A deposit for waste disposal (100.00€) is also requested (cash), and it will be returned if the waste is correctly disposed of.
