"Was only here a night as we were heading to Olympic National Park but was very happy with the cottage. It was extremely comfortable, clean, & cozy. The day was wet & cold, which made us thankful for the electric fireplace when we arrived. We had deer visiting directly outside. Location was very close to restaurants & shopping. Would stay again if ever in town. "

"This location is in the country but is super close to town and trails. I'll chime in on others' remarks that the deck was a wonderful space to use for morning coffee, afternoon breaks, and evening hang outs. There's a patio underneath as well, so your group members can have their own space outdoors if they wish. The bonus area off the living room was terrific for our classical guitarist to use while the rest of us had coffee on the deck. All of the furniture and beds were comfortable. All the kitchen tools we needed were there, and the outdoor grill was terrific to have. The host has been very careful with fencing, so as long as you don't have a small dog, yours probably can't get out of the yard. Kids would love the yard as well. Considerations for your trip: you have to be able to do stairs to be in this home (not a problem for us) and the kitchen counter space is limited - but the table is close for extra space you might need."

"Everything was just as it should be. Only thing that bothered me was there was a little shelf above the sink in my room, the room that is in front of the handicapped parking. The sink did not allow me to get my face down to wash my face or to get down to rinse my mouth to brush my teeth. The little shelf does not need to be above the sink, it can be moved to another part of the bathroom. I hit my forehead on it head several times, forgetting that it was there. "

"When we were bringing in our luggage, the nice man who checked us in helped carry my wife’s bags up the stairs. I appreciated that very much. The room was very comfortable. Plus the breakfast was great. Good selection and heads above most Choice Hotels. "
