Nice sized condo for a vacation. Everything was well stocked. All we needed to do was show up with our clothes and some food and everything else was provided. I really appreciated the cooler and ice packs and my kids loved the toys. Thank you for providing all we needed to have an amazing trip!

We didn’t do laundry but if stayed longer, we may have used it. Clean and nice to have space to visit with family. Quiet location. Could use some lighting on the corner turning into parking lot as it was kind of dark-not easy to find if arriving in the dark.

Excellent property

We were truly happy with the condo. It was a quiet beautiful neighbourhood and the condo was very comfortable and housed everything we could need and more. The beds were great as well as the pillows. The kitchen was well appointed, I was happy to see a milk frother and Nespresso machine. There were even chairs, a cooler and a sun umbrella for our trip to slide rock. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Village of Oak Creek Gem

This property is a gem! It’s in a great location, has a nice floor plan, is beautifully decorated, and is very well stocked. It was lovely to have 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms in the scenic Sedona area. The owners/property managers have gone above and beyond with stocking the unit. They also are excellent and prompt communicators. Truly, you can’t go wrong with booking this property!

The condo was in a great location. Walkable to some great restaurants. Close to Bell Rock and Courtyard Butte hikes. It was better than being in busy Sedona. We did have some small issues in the condo, but the property manager was quick to respond. The pool area furniture and umbrellas could use some replacing but that's up to the condo association. I would highly recommend this condo and should we come back I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful, peaceful place to stay. Cozy decorations, very comfortable bed, and amazingly set up kitchen with ALL the gadgets. Quick and efficient check in process and friendly hosts. Will definitely stay here again.

Awesome place!

The condo was perfect: clean, comfortable, very nicely decorated, well equipped! You will get hot shower, cold beer from the nice clean fridge, super fast internet, huge TVs throughout the place with streaming provided, very comfy beds, and again it is super clean. We really loved the location, closed to restaurants, grocery, hiking trails, but away from Sedona traffic, and all the crowds. Highly recommended! Communications with owners couldn't be better with their response in minutes! Thanks for hosting us, we will be back!P.S. Amazing views of the Bell Rock, Courthouse Rock, and Castle Rock!

Family Trip to Sedona

We had a great stay at Brooke and Tim's condo. The condo is right near numerous shops and restaurants. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and Brooke & Tim had provided everything we would need for our stay(including pool floats). They were good with communication. We have no complaints and would stay at this condo again...or rent from them at their other properties.

Perfect for a family that wants to be near hiking trails and a pool

We loved our time at Brooke and Tim’s rental. The condo had all the needed kitchenware for cooking, beach towels for the pool, and an awesome cooler, blanket, and chairs for our trip to slide rock. The beds were super comfortable and are family of five fit just right in the condo. The covered balcony seating area was lovely for coffee drinking and reading! There was nothing that we were “missing” during our stay! We have stayed at many rentals and this is one of the top ones thus far.

Family Weekend

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your condo. We had a wonderful time on our family vacation. The location of your property was perfect for the activities we had planned. Our daughter got ill before the trip and was not able to stay with us, so we did have extra room. We had no issues during our stay. The condo is roomy and very clean. Beds were comfy and the living room/kitchen space offered everything we needed during our stay. I also loved that we were within walking distance to a variety of restaurants and activities. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and lovely to experience. Thank you again and we'll definitely look into staying here again on our next trip to beautiful Sedona!

Quiet & Quaint

Property was centrally located in the Village of Oak Creek and was mostly quiet except for a few joyful shouts from children of other guests in another unit occasionally. Nighttime was peaceful and having a kitchen to utilize in the morning was appreciated. We passed on a few minor concerns to management about the property that will hopefully be addressed promptly. Management was very responsive and communicated well with us. As larger people, the beds took some figuring out on how to get a decent nights rest. In unit washer/dryer combo was very welcome as the unusual late season heat had our wardrobe being cycled thru quickly. Would recommend to other low-key travelers.

Wonderful place for our family!

We loved staying here! It’s close to everything we wanted to do, the views were amazing, and the three bedrooms really made us feel like we were at home! The owners were very responsive and quick and made everything easy for us! As an added bonus they even have the park pass hanging for use that we needed to do some of our hikes! As a side note with kids - if you go on spring break the pool is not heated, so it was a polar plunge for us. If you’re going in the summer the pool would be an awesome amenity to have! They also had toys and games and coloring that our kids played with for hours! We found a basketball in one of the closets and we played basketball out on the common court as well. It was an incredible place for our family! We have a 4, 9, and 11 year old and they all found things to do! We highly recommend this place for anyone!

Quiet/perfect location

Wonderful stay with family including young kids. Perfect location and quiet compared to Sedona proper. Plenty of kids toys and floaties for the pool provided which is a plus!
