Perfect Piece of Paradise
This townhome is as perfect and pleasing as shown in the photos! It was SUPER CLEAN (love that) and well-appointed. From the minute you step in, it is apparent that this lovely and solidly built home is a place of pride for the wonderful owner, Anne. I have never worked with a host so personable and attentive to every detail, including her recommendations for sights to see, places to eat and, of course, coffee! I chose this home for its lovely accommodations, proximity to sights and restaurants, the views of the Western sky and Seattle city skyline, and for the reasonable price. We could not have been more pleased! We felt very lucky to have found this home and this host. In spite of the abundance of stairs, it was a "meant to be" experience, and we could not have asked for anything more! Absolutely wonderful!

We stayed here while our daughter and boyfriend were in town from Arizona. This house was perfect for their special weekend he proposed in the wheel. The view from the top floor is awesome. The house was as expected. It was a great weekend.

Fantastic Home! Great Value
This property was the best one I have ever stayed in. It is beautifully furnished, close to town, has beautiful views of the water, was super clean, and had a parking space. The owner, Anne, was easy to communicate with. She provided suggestions for dining, breakfast, and events. She has everything needed for a visitor, even a first aid box and car seats for children. This house is exceptional!!!! Excellent value!

The Best VRBO we’ve experienced in Seattle.
My husband and I stayed with our 30 year old son, his wife, and two toddlers. They had the master on the third and we had one of the two bedrooms on the lower floor. We never heard a peep and everyone slept the night through, including the babes. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt extremely safe and secure. The location is close to the freeway, bus line, and downtown. If the listing looks too good to be true, it is not - it is better than the listing! The owner was wonderful about communicating. Also, we tried one of the recommended restaurants, The 14 Carrot Cafe, and it’s a must for a relaxing midday breakfast or lunch and the staff there treated us like family. 5 star VRBO! P.S. This morning, I wished we had had time to share a cup of coffee on the upper balcony, as the view is awesome!!

Midweek getaway
This property was exactly what my family of 5 needed for our 3 day, midweek getaway to visit Seattle. Sitting on the top floor balcony enjoying the view was a perfect way to finish off the day and have a cold drink. Having all the household amenities was perfect and access to a garage for parking, amazing! The local restaurant suggestions were spot on and within walking distance. Overall a home away from home feel!

We had a wonderful stay. The owner. Anne, was excellent with communication. The property was very well maintained, and had plenty of space for our large family. No detail was left undone. From having extra towels and sheets, to having necessary toiletries they we forgot, like Q-tips. The place was also spotless! We loved the views, and definitely enjoyed our stay. 10 minutes from downtown! Couldn’t ask for more!

Top-notch!
We really enjoyed our stay. We were there for the 4th of July and the view of the fireworks from the balcony couldn’t be beat. Everything was clean and everything we might need was available. We’d definitely stay here again!

Just Perfect!
Perfect location, set up and views! We stayed one night before heading to the San Juan Islands. This was exactly what we were looking for. We were able to walk to restaurants right on the water and get a good feel of the Seattle life! The place was very clean and had COFFEE!!!

Seattle - Pacific NW Escape
Excellent place to stay in Seattle! The townhouse is very clean and the view of downtown was amazing. The beds are comfortable (even the pull-out). Even though we did not cook while visiting the place it seemed well stocked. I also liked being able to park in the garage. There are restaurants within walking distance. We visited Anacortes for whale watching, Whidbey Island, UW tour, Eat Seattle tour at the Pike Place Mkt, Space Needle, etc. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to stay again when visiting the area.
