New to the rental market!
Updated 3 bedroom townhome within walking distance to beach, playground, restaurants, and shops. Relax on the front porch and take in the salt air.
The first floor offers a living room, kitchen, and master bedroom with California king bed. There is also a Master Bathroom with walk in shower, and mudroom.
The second floor has a full bathroom and 2 bedrooms.
Each bedroom is equipped with a Roku TV.
There is an outside shower in the back yard and the front porch is the perfect spot to relax.
*This property only offers streaming on it's smart TV's (Roku Channel App is provided).
*Street parking only, there is no parking spaces provided.
*6 beach tags provided for your stay
*No bed sheets or towels are provided. 1 California King bed, 1 King bed and 1 Queen bed. There are pillows and quilts/duvets on the beds.
