"Great location if you’re visiting Hyotan Onsen etc. En-suite showers are a little small, and the hot water isn’t very hot (which is strange for a hotel with a hot spring). Not a big deal though because you could just go downstairs and shower in the on site hot spring. The Rooms had a great view of the city and the sea. Overall pretty decent place."

"3歳の子どもと2人で宿泊しました。子ども用の浴衣や歯ブラシが置いてあり嬉しかったけれど、ホームページに記載があればパジャマと歯ブラシを持参せずに少しでも荷物を減らせたのにと思いました。たったそれだけを電話等で確認するのも申し訳ないなと思い…ですが、ホテル内はとても快適で、部屋から電車が近く見えたので子どもは大はしゃぎでした。少し気になるのは、駐車場と室内の椅子でした。正面玄関側から入ると地下駐車場？と思ったらただの通り道で、抜けた先がえっ？と思うくらいどっちかわかりませんでした。わかりやすい看板があったらいいなと思いました。あと、室内の肘掛け椅子の座面がまあまあ破れていたのでこれは子どもが気になって触ってもっと破れそうだったのでバスタオルを敷いて対応しました。 全体的には満足だったのでまた機会があれば利用させて頂こうと思います。"

"ウェルカムドリンク、ウェルカムフードもあり楽しめました。夕食はワインなども飲み放題で、食事も美味しかったです。周りにはレストランなどが少ないので、此処に泊まるなら食事付きは必修かなと思います。また貸し切り露天風呂があったのも良かったです。別途のマットレスは残念ながら少し薄めで古いタイプのようでした。枕も低くて、横向きで寝ると肩に圧迫感を感じたり、首が少し痛かったりして寝心地はイマイチでした。改善して頂けると良いと思います。ウェルカムドリンクにはコーヒーがありましたが、食事の際にはありませんでした。特に朝食時にはあって欲しかったです。お部屋にもコーヒーが置いて無く、自分たちで持っていたコーヒーがあったので、それを飲むことに。ウェルカムドリンクは午後3時からだったので、朝コーヒーがあったら良かったなと思いました。"

"This is one of the best experiences I had. I enjoyed the authentic Japanese hospitality. I was greeted and escorted to the lobby. The staff led me to my room showing me all the facilities. The room is spacious and impeccably clean. The area is serene, and the Beppu Park is right next to the Hotel, which I enjoyed in a morning walk."

"The view from the room was very nice, the room itself was very clean and quiet so I was able to have a peaceful and relaxing stay, though it would have been nice if it were a little more well lit, but overall very satisfactory. The meals provided were delicious, I was happy to be able to sample many different dishes and the service was amazing but the portion was a little too much for me, maybe half of what was provided would’ve been just perfect but nonetheless it was an amazing experience.
