"Friendly staff"

"My boyfriend and I took our pup Tucker to San Diego for a weekend after the holidays getaway and it did NOT disappoint! We had a spectacular trip and weekend and this resort is hands down one of the best I’ve been to in SD. We even got to rent water skis right out the doors of the hotel since it’s sitting directly against the harbor and we got to take those puppies way out it was an amazing experience. My pup tucker had a great time as well he was very comfortable and the staff was amazing! Literally everyone we interacted with on the property from jet ski rentals to dinner to check in was so helpful and kind leaving a very solid impression and we can’t wait to return!"

"Wonderful property with tons of activities for families. Reasonably priced for what you get. Only gripe is that the jacizzis sometimes weren’t too warm and we needed to call for them to adjust the temperature- they would show up right away to do it though. Good service. "

"We had a fabulous family vacation for Christmas here! We had an issue with the tv, and the staff moved us to a new room with more room right near the pool. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. Would definitely stay there again. The restaurants were 10/10 and so was club Lou Lou! "
