Wonderful weekend

The house is so cozy and in a great location. We enjoyed visiting Guntersville, Red Mill, High Falls Park, and Cathedral Caverns. The dock was a great place to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The host was incredible and super responsive! We would love to return and explore the are some more in the future.

Nice little cabin/house at the front of the property with main host house behind.

Host was very nice and made every accommodation we asked. Allowed us to park the boat in the boat house so we didn’t have to trailer it every night. And a nice peaceful walk down to the boat house from the cabin through a little patch of woods on a secluded cove from the rest of the lake.

Great fishing getaway!

Great cabin - clean, comfortable and cool amidst the Alabama heat & humidity. Location was great for us. Dock and slip access were great, as well. The host family (lives on site) were friendly and incredibly hospitable. Will definitely prioritize this place for future visits. Highly recommended.

Comfortable as shown owners were onsite but were very nice did everything to make us have a wonderful stay we enjoyed the chair hanging on the pier at rhe boatdock and the screened in porch was so nice tough month for fishing but we still had fun even rho it was so hot

The only problem I had was the boat launch beside the house. We were able to launch then it was locked so we couldn’t get the boat out. The house was clean and the owner was nice.

Retreat getaway

Property is well maintained, awesome to have a boat ramp right next to the property and the use of the boathouse makes using the boat so convenient. The studio unit is modern, very clean and my wife loved the screen porch.

Terrific property

Very nice place to stay. Excellent communication with the owners. I have a 19 foot bass boat and the boat house accommodated it very well. You do have to go under a short bridge to access the main lake. My boat with Talons had about 1 1/2 foot clearance. Very quiet area. I would definitely recommend.

Fishing week

My husband and myself stayed for a week of spring fishing. Property was just as described. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Counter top toaster oven handled our needs for a small lasagna and other frozen items. Walk to boat house was mostly level and paved. Boat house was a nice luxury for us. Lake level was about a foot below summer pool and our boat fit under the tunnel to get to the main lake. We have a 21 foot v-hull Targa and wonder if at full summer pool we would have been able to get out. Our stay was great. We caught some nice fish and rested well. Connie was around and pleasant and helpful.

Great place if you have a boat

Great place, we went down for 2 days 3/21-3/23.Nice studio, very clean and well kept.Easy access to the boat dock. Do not expect to fish from dock we made the mistake of thinking you could fish from dock and tho you can the water is only about 1-1/2 to 3ft deep so we had to leave to go fishing and the whole point of getting a place with a dock was to fish from it. It was completely our mistake I never asked about how deep the water was or if there were any fishing done from dock. Other than our own mistake the house itself was perfect for what we needed. We will just bring the boat next time. Communication was great with owner and the checkin was too, I honestly never seen anyone the whole time we were there. Great place if you have a boat even has ramp right there on site.

Great location

This was our first trip to Lake Guntersville. This location provided great access to the lake and was spacious enough to fit 2 people comfortably. Close access to launch your boat and an awesome boathouse to dock and charge your boat in the evenings to be ready for the next day. We will definitely stay here again.
