"Good: Lovely rooms, we were even upgraded, and one had a sauna! Attentive staff both at reception and also in the bar and restaurant. Car parking nice and easy which was a concern for me beforehand. The not so good: The room booked for 3 people did not have the sofa bed already made up, nor linen for me to do it myself. The shower tray/screen leaked badly and flooded the bathroom floor just inside the door, which was tiled. Hazardous. "
