Ideally located property
The accommodation is brilliant everything you need for a nice relaxing break and the property is situated in a lovely little village which is close to so many coastal walks and attractions and when you’ve finished your day it’s so comfortable to return to and wind down and relax.

Very modern & well located
Stayed here with my family and dog, is an excellent location. 10/15 minutes from the centre of Scarborough with lots of attractions around. Plenty of food options and parking was very straight forward. Clean, spacious and modern accommodation and would definitely recommend for a getaway by the sea

Great base camp for Scarborough, Filey and surrounding areas.
Very nice, modern property in a quiet but great location. Perfect for a quick trip to Cayton Bay, Scarborough and Filey or other locations such as Pickering, Thornton Le Dale, Ravenscar and Robin Hoods Bay. Morrisons Supermarket is 5 mins away by car and the property also benefits from a Proudfoots local minimarket, which is within walking distance. A great chippy is also just a few minutes away.
