「Bien placer pour rejoindre les bus (200 m par un petit passage) qui vont à Tikal et au Bélize (les bus sont à l’entrée de l’île et partent souvent à 6h). Si départ tôt, l’hôtel propose un petit encas à emporter (si petit dej compris). Notre chambre était à côté de la clim… donc bruyante…」

「The location is good (on the island) and the staff were friendly. The free coffee and bread rolls was nice, in the absence of breakfast being available. The room was a bit dark, as the advertised balcony isn't really a balcony but a small enclosed room attached to the room. The terrace is nice but there is no bar service (although the minibar is well priced). The staff were friendly but not very forthcoming with information unless asked. For example, I only found out about the swimming pool...

「No the same like the pictures and need more clean」

「We stayed at Hotel Villa del Lago because the hotel we usually stay at in Flores was full. I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean, reasonably priced, provided a free breakfast and airport transport, and the staff were friendly and accommodating helping us plan a Tikal visit for one of our colleagues. It has a nice balcony and breakfast area overlooking the lake and was not on the busiest part of the island so a little quieter than some other hotels. It will definitely be on my list for...

「2 night stay in Flores, staff were very helpful and helped with bags, our questions and taxi to the airport. We had the very top room with a great view over the water and our own spiral staircase! The town is small so easy to walk around and get everywhere from here. 」
