"The suite we stayed in was spacious. Maid service is only once weekly, but when we contacted them about getting additional toilet paper, they were very responsive. The queen bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. We were not able to get the TV in the bedroom to work. The sofa queen bed in the living room was all broken down. My husband had to put boards under the mattress to support it enough so he could use the bed. The kitchen was clean and well-stocked."

"The studio was cozy, well-organized with supplies (coffee, tea, spices, bathrobes) and information about the area, and was exactly what we were looking for. The owner was very welcoming and always available to answer questions. Highly recommend this rental. "

"This barn was very clean and cozy. We loved all of the original wood and morning sunlight. It is attached to another house and shares a driveway. The hot tub was easy to use, although the directions were outdated. The property manager was very responsive and answered questions quickly. At night, the stars were extremely visible. Wilmington was a great small town with good food and local shopping. Would stay again and recommend to others."

"Angel's Rest is sooo peaceful. We had a delicious and super healthy breakfast in the breakfast nook, surrounded by lovely plants and a small fountain, looking out over the rolling hills of Western Mass. The fall colors were nice. "

"Pristine can mean several different things. My interpretation was to be “like new”. This dwelling did not quite live up to that standard, but was clean, sans the “mud room” and what appeared to be mold on the peak of the ceiling above the living room. The original listing stated firewood was provided by the host. Then, the checkin instructions stated guests provided their own. Not huge, just misstated in the listing (since changed). VCA solo stay

"The room was just as expected, basic, clean and comfortable for a solo stay. The noise level SAT night was quite loud due to the band performing downstairs. A TV in the room would be great for relaxing during down times. WiFi was good and bathroom was exceptionally clean and even had toiletries. Only thing lacking was a spare roll of bath tissue."
