The hotel is very interesting. 4th floor in an office building. Everything is done by email And text. And worked Our problem was that the air conditioning went out in the building and our room went up to the mid 80s. I called when it was obvious that there was no air conditioning. We bumped into fans being delivered to the building. The fan and ceiling fans helped. But with 2 phone calls, I heard nothing from the manager who was obviously off site. I got a message that the dishwasher leaked so we didn’t use it. The unit was set up as a studio apartment. Fine except no room for the small table. I peaked into other rooms which were bigger. Sofa beds are never the most luxurious. The regular bed was fine. The housekeeping lady knew nothing about the air conditioning. Incidentally, location was great. We were not disturbed by street noise which was great on the street on the weekend

I felt like I was in my own little studio loft apartment. It was very nice and chic. The location is in the heart of downtown Savannah, so it was a little noisy at times, but I didn't mind. I would have gone to a quiet beach if I was concerned about noise. The level of security was great! You needed a code to enter the building and another code once you entered the elevator in order for it to go up to the floor of the hotel rooms. Then, once you got to your room, you needed another code to open the room door. I felt very safe traveling alone. The check in and check out process was seamless. I absolutely loved it and will be using Kasa again.

Incredible Stay
I would definitely book this condo again. Everything was so clean, and set up for total comfort and convenience. The location was spectacular, right in the heart of downtown. Communication with the property was such a breeze, I had a question about parking and they texted back instantly with the information I needed. And I love that they are pet friendly. Most definitely recommend.

The room was fully stocked. It was great to have a kitchen. The was large and spacious. Good communication with the staff. And very helpful. The room even had a white noise machine to sleep better with the city noises.

This was our first time staying in a Kasa property. The best thing about this property is the location. Everything is walkable. Easy walk to River Street and lots of shops and restaurants right in that area. Toast all day is right across the street and we visited multiple times. The apartment was well-maintained. There was a musty smell in the lobby, but you really only walk through there. There was no smell upstairs. It’s very safe using codes to get in the door and up the elevator. It was nice to have your own apartment in the city. We never heard the church bells while inside, but we were on the other side of the building. You could hear them outside and I thought it it’s nice to hear them. The beds and the couch are low so if you have mobility issues, they may be a bit of a challenge. There was one issue that the dryer was not working, but was quickly resolved by moving us to a different apartment. We really needed the dryer because it rained several days that week so it was great to have one. We would definitely stay here again!

The building access code was supposed to be good for the stay. It was changed without notice, and I HAD NO ACCESS to my room for 12 hours, because the new code sent by text was wrong. Without a human on property, your "virtual desk" is a complete failure. Grade: D-

Didn't like that there was no coffee maker in the apartment. Consierge closet took time to get access and was not fully stocked with essentials. Ice maker did not work but was given an ice cube tray. Staff was very cordial and helpful.

Key code didn’t work, two other key codes, provided by offsite “concierge”, also didn’t work; finally given the location of a real key. TV only works using a mobile phone; unfortunately my phone and tv refused to connect—so no tv. Elevator was out of order, we went up four flights of stairs; my wife uses a cane, in the process of going up the stairs she twisted her ankle—I carried our suitcases on three trips up the stairs. Bells of nearby church chimed every 15 minutes. Mattress is only one foot off the floor, making it impossible for my wife to get out of bed without assistance.

I understand that early check-in is not always possible, but the fact that one can't even leave luggage before check-in time is a real problem when one arrives earlier. Any accommodation should have a solution to this problem (and they didn't have). Also, a bit too much communication - for a one-night stay, I received frequent messages for days before, during and after my stay. Otherwise, nice place and well located.
