Great Historic House

This was a great place to stay. Steps to the park which my dog enjoyed. The pictures on-line is what you will find. Location is great. We enjoyed the stay.

Charming and Perfect

This property was in a wonderful location of Savannah and walkable to so much. Very cute and comfortable place and the icing on the cake was the parking on the property. Perfect yard for pets also. We would recommend this place and would stay here again.

Freeman’s Cottage

This was an amazing find! Not only was the cottage adorable and historic, it came with a sweet little enclosed patio that we could enjoy along with our dog. There was a dedicated parking space for us too! It was quiet and less touristy on Warren Square as well.

The cottage is beautiful and the history along with it! Location was ideal. Distance to everything. A 2-minute walk to Leopold's should be longer. We went there every night we were there

My wife and I stayed here in February 2024. This proved to be an excellent location to walk all over the historic district. Parking space included on property. Very clean and secure, would definitely stay here again.

Great location and off street parking.

Rustic cottage with all expected amenities'. Great location with restaurants and tourist sites within walkable distance. Just used my car one day to go to the beach, otherwise car was left in the driveway. Communication with property management team was excellent. All communication was prior to check-in. No issues during stay.

Small cottage with a good location. Off street parking for one car (my Tundra just fit without encroaching on sidewalk). Fenced small back yard for pups. Worked perfectly for me, wife and two labs.

Work conference/family vacation

Freeman’s cottage was perfect for my wife, our son, our dog, and myself for three nights. Convenient walk to shops on Broughton and quick access via car to events for work downtown. I would caution against adults with mobility issues accessing the loft for sleeping, that could be dangerous. Overall, a neat and comfortable experience with a lot of history built in to the space. Well done for a short stay.

Fantastic location and property

We had a fantastic day all the way from the ability to check in early for a small fee – thank you so much!, to being able to be responsive to any questions that we had about the property. This little cottage is absolutely adorable and perfect for a couple and or a few small dogs. The property management team was great. The location is only two blocks from the riverfront, an easy walk to most of the parks, and most of the better restaurants in historic Savannah. The property was well-kept and is neat as it is one of the historic properties While, this was no problem for us, I would make people aware that the best living arrangements are up a steep flight of stairs that are very safe and navigable, but are necessary to get around.
