Great location within walking distance to so many great restaurants and shops. We rented a car, so it was very convenient to have a parking spot included.

Anniversary Getaway
The location of this property was perfect! We parked our car when we got there on Friday and didn't use it until we left on Monday with the exception of driving to Tybee Island on Sunday evening. Overall great location, great property!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at the Bird Baldwin House was great! The unit was decorated nicely with pieces that match the period and history of the home. Bed and sofa were equally comfortable, the bathroom was large and the kitchen was the perfect size and equipped with everything you’d need for a long weekend away! Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay in Savannah
The Bird Baldwin house was a great place to stay to visit Savannah. Easy to find and park, easy entrance. Walkable to the entire historic area. Very clean, comfortable and had everything you need for your stay. There are stairs to get to the apartment so not for everyone.

Super happy with this space!
I have stayed at several vacation rentals in Savannah since my daughter is a student at SCAD. This has been my favorite by far!! The location is great and the parking is a huge plus! The space is clean, well decorated and the bed is very comfortable. The only negatives are that it is a bit noisy on Liberty St and the water pressure in the shower is miserable.

Perfect spot for our 42nd wedding anniversary
This place was the perfect stay with a touch of modern and New Gold. Very spacious plenty of closet room. The shower was amazing and nice to have a washer and dryer. We really hated to leave it was like home.

Parking space and walkable access to everything!
We really enjoyed this location plus the perk of a parking space which is hard to find in Savannah. The apartment was much more spacious than we even anticipated and the bathroom was up-to-date. Our only concern was the lack of water pressure in the shower. Otherwise everything looks lovely and it was a great location.

Excellent location, great coffee shop next door plus others and restaurants nearby. Great to have a safe parking space at the property. Well appointed and very comfortable. If you have mobility issues, which we didn't, it is on the third floor with no lift.

Perfect spot to walk everywhere, no need to pay for parking...inside was very nice and clean. Few items to note, bed is super firm and they need to have a broom so the guests can clean up their own messes, spilled coffee grounds and tough without a broom. Coffee house next door is amazing

Lovely historic property but with all the modern conveniences. We were so comfortable in the large space. It is noisy on Liberty street which is a main thoroughfare but it did not keep us up. Great coffee shop right next store and we were in a great location to walk to what we wanted to. We ended up not getting a rental car for our stay but the parking for our unit was just behind the property.

Perfect Location in Historic Savannah
Beautiful historic home, in a great location. Walking distance to everything Savannah offers. Home is beautifully decorated. Bed was comfortable. Check-in and Check-out were a breeze. We took the Old Trolly tour around town, did a fun Creepy Crawl pub tour and had Brunch on The Georgia Queen. Great restaurants and roof top bars. Wonderful time!

My husband and I enjoyed the location of the property .Felt very safe in the area.Easy walking distant to shops and dining.The property was maintained well.It gave u all the amenities of home.Only downside it’s on a very busy street and sleeping at night is almost impossible due to traffic noise all night long!I would Highly suggest bringing ear plugs to block out traffic noise!!

Great Location
Property was easy to get to, as described, and comfortable. Off street parking was amazing and really took a worry off our minds. Being directly next to Savannah Coffee Roasters and FraLi was an excellent added bonus! Slightly disappointing that the windows didn’t open because we visited during a cool snap, but still had to rely on air conditioning for comfortable sleeping. Overall an excellent stay. We would certainly return.

Loved it! Be aware that if you have difficulty with steps this is not the rental for you. The steps to the third floor are steep. Excellent location as well. Back gate can be difficult to operate. Very charming property.
