Very Comfortable Stay
We spent the weekend cooking, relaxing and catching up with friends. It was the perfect spot for doing that, with a lovely wooded view over the wetlands / river -- but still less than 10 minutes to downtown Saugatuck.

Great house, great location
House was great! Location was a quick 10 minutes to downtown Sagatuck but far enough to feel secluded. We had 10 woman stay for our annual Mother's Day get away and it was plenty big enough. My only gripe is that they didn't provide us enough paper products (TP/ paper towels). At the price we paid, we shouldn't run out of necessities. We would definitely come back!

Tons of space, well appointed, needs a lot of simple maintenance, seems that the little repairs are neglected. Loved the downstairs pool table area and bar set up. Would suggest to others if space and privacy is what your looking for.

Overall A Solid Stay
No complaints! Worked well us, big kitchen and lovely views. We couldn’t find the river walk? We started on the trail but were asked to turn around because there is a hunting club nearby. This house was a bit quirky, had a group of couples and 4 of them shared one bathroom in the basement because the other 2 are attached to bedrooms. All in all a great stay but just thought I’d share.

Amazing Stay for Bachelorette Party
The place was amazing! The views are to die for and the accommodations were awesome. Everyone enjoyed the house and everything that was offered. We had a great fire one evening and enjoyed the screened in porch for games on another night, the hot tub was also great. We do have a few suggestions though, we couldn’t find any lights for the patio and porch area when walking up and down the stairs and at night you can’t see anything, we did have one fall because of it, luckily it was just a sprained ankle. Also there was a wind storm out last night and one set of doors that led to the screened in porch flew open 3-4 times even after being locked so I suggest getting that fixed. Other than that, we had a great time, would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again!! Thank you for a great stay!!

Wonderful property
This is property is family friend and has plenty of sleeping accommodations. It is located just a few miles outside of Saugatuck and off the road a little way to give you some seclusion. The view off the back porch is incredible. It has a large kitchen, commercial oven, and large Weber grill for those planning on cooking during the stay. The grill was clean. It has a long table in the dining area capable of sitting more than 10 and a table of similar size in the screened porch. It was well cleaned when we arrived, and we had no issues during our stay. This is definitely a property I could see our family returning to in the future.

Perfect location for a meet up of long time friends. Had everything we needed in a secluded spot. The only negative is that the fifth bedroom is actually a loft surrounded by windows (with no blinds).

Prefect golf trip getaway
Had a good trip in Saugatuck/Holland and was the perfect place for our group of guys to hang out and relax. The hot tub and fire pit were perfect, and the pool table was a blast. The space was perfect for 12 people to not feel crowded.
