Sariyer Spa Hotel

"The hotel is a historical monument. Beautiful building and interior. You'll find a lot of day visitors especially at reception and on the staircase leading to the rooms of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk Our room was spacious, with a separate lounge and a bathroom with a free standing bath. We had some issues with the bath plug not working, the water kept draining away. Then the cold water tap wasn't working which was again fixed. I noticed that the bath and shower weren't being cleaned everyday which was disappointing. The room has tea and coffee making facilities and they leave complimentary water everyday. Breakfast was lovely. I had paid extra for a cooked breakfast but honestly that's not worth it and buffet breakfast is brilliant. The staff are excellent, especially the concierge and at reception. Location is great, walking distance to Istiklal caddessi and Galata port. We even managed to walk across the bridge to the spice bazaar. Overall I really enjoyed staying at the Pera Palace and would stay again."
