I loved the security and close access to the beach. It was nice to have the pool area to myself often times. There are a few upgrades that could be made.

It s a nice unit. Just for a single person or couple. It is there, a few steps form the beach with a nice S pool and rancho. Very close (driving) to El Coco town.... It was a nice stay...

Good place but dirty.
The place was pretty dirty when we arrived. There were dead bugs all over the bathroom and the bathroom window did not shut, so we had a hard time cooling the place down. We also couldn’t open the sliding glass door which was frustrating. The location is nice. Just off a nice beach with a good restaurant right there!
