Great getaway
We enjoyed our stay so much. House was clean and tidy with every amenity you may need. Only draw back was no bathroom on first floor, clothes washer was not balanced, and fan remote battery was dead down stairs in box. Other than that our stay was perfect.

Great Spot
The location of this property is great, just enough tucked away from the crowds but close to restaurants, beach, and pier. Located on the lagoon, the backyard was quiet and private. The place was clean and well stocked with towels and sheets. Our only complaint is there were no kayaks offered like in the pictures and listing. We specifically picked a house on the lagoon with kayaks so that our kids could paddle. When we arrived, we found there were no kayaks so that was disappointing. Overall, we would stay there again. It was a great spot for a family of four!

Great little place
Was just like it looked in the pictures. Spotlessly clean, good amenities and great location walking distance to everything on AMI. Quiet private and beautiful backyard, the saltwater pool and hot tub were clean and perfectly treated. Recommend renting kayak or SUP from Beach Bums and exploring the canal, saw loads of wildlife.

This property was beautiful, inviting, relaxing and smartly designed. The split plan with both bedrooms having a king bed, en suite bathroom AND access to the balcony deck worked perfectly for two adult couples. I’m a little bit sad to be back home!

Amazing Experience at the Easy Breezy House
We have never visited Anna Maria Island before so we were trying to make an educated guess on where to say. This property turned out to be an excellent choice. It was beautifully appointed inside, landscaped nicely outside and while there were houses on both sides of the property, it felt very secluded and private for swimming and lounging. The house is in a great location which allowed us to walk to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!

House was very nice, as was pool/jacuzzi. Very modern furniture + kitchen. Host was very accommodating. My only issue was the lack of basic toiletry items. Most properties have shampoo/conditioner, etc. They only left hand soap. They also had a fancy coffee machine but no coffee. Just a suggestion for the future

We Loved Easy Breezy
The property is very nice. It's well maintained and well appointed. The location is great. The neighborhood is quiet and not far from good dining. My wife and I are walked and really enjoyed walking the area, including the beach. The only downside is the drive from the Tampa airport.

Such a Great Place! Highly Recommend
Place has everything you need:kitchen utensils, propane grill, pool, hot tub, on a canal which we launched paddle boards from on several occasions. Perfect location as you can walk to the beach, both piers, shops and eateries on Main drag. It was clean, the communication prior to check in was consistent and thorough. We stayed with our family of 4 and had the best week. Would recommend this place to anyone that a 2 bed, 2 bath with a pullout couch would work for. Will definitely be back.

Awesome home!
This home is absolutely wonderful. The home is super clean. The hot tub, pool, and deck were awesome to use. Not one problem or complaint about this property. We couldn't figure out how to get the dishwasher to come on, but it was probably something we weren't doing right so we just washed them by hand. We caught several fish out back, and even some big crabs. Quiet, private....perfect!

A perfect birthday retreat!
This property was exactly as described on the listing. Beautiful, clean and a fantastic location. We enjoyed the pool. The spa did not heat up but that was the only disappointment we had all weekend. Would recommend bug spray if you are spending time outside, the AMI mosquitoes are no joke! Overall, the beds were extremely comfortable, the house was a beautiful cool retreat from the heat outside as it stayed perfectly air conditioned for us which was perfect after being in the sun all day! Plenty of towels and extra bedding and plenty of room for 6 people as listed. Bathrooms were super clean and comfortable as well. This may be worth noting if anyone is sensitive to smells at all— this home smelled fresh and had no unpleasant odors at all. It felt comfortable and clean and inviting. I am very happy with my choice to rent— it truly elevated my birthday weekend and felt truly special. I hope I can come back in the future! Would definitely recommend!! Thank you, Kylie!

We enjoyed our stay, the home is perfect for a small family or 2 couples. We encountered a couple of issues; the owner and the property manager were very responsive and addressed everything within the hour. We appreciated that the inside of the home was very clean and that kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and serve meals at home.
