Saranc Lake
After multiple emails and texts about the location of the unit,we ended up at the wrong address. Spoke with the property manager who was able to help us. We had decided to extend our stay after our initial reservation and the was quite difficult...not sure if it was a VRBO issue??? then we were locked out of the unit on the third day so it seems that your system is not working. We again had to contact the manager.... too many hassles! About the cleanliness, we found hair in both the sink and tub that did not belong to us....not acceptable!!! We would not recommend without some changes.
