Charming hotel right in the middle of Old Sarajevo. It’s a bit difficult to get to by car because the street isn’t drivable but road and tram access close by. Dining and markets right out the front door. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator though so one thing to be aware of. Staff super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Wonderful stay
Great location, right in the heart of old town, which can be a downside sometimes, if there is an event nearby you will definitely hear it but overall I'd stay there again. Great service and recommendations from reception on where to eat, etc and the very lovely reception today even exchanged some Euros for me and gave me a few marks extra just in case I needed it for the taxi to the airport! Talk about great service!

This is the perfect location in the old town. Rooms are clean and very comfortable (especially the beds). Was surprised by how quiet it was as well. Staff were very nice and accommodating. The only thing that could be improved was the breakfast.

The room was lovely and clean, but the staff was what made the experience amazing. They were helpful and kind. I got sick one night and had to stay in the room the whole next day, and the woman at the desk brought me tea and chicken soup which she had to get outside the hotel without my asking.

The hotel is perfectly situated at the heart of Old Sarajevo. The staff was very welcoming and helped us to find parking for our car as well as retrieving it when we left.

There is so much to like about this hotel! Outstanding location and staff is simply the best. There is coffee and tea throughout the day and some yummy cookies too. Highly recommend.
