At check in the clerk couldn’t find my confirmed booking. He kept telling me I needed to book another reservation. He eventually found my reservation after about 30 minutes. Also, he said I can leave the car parked outside the hotel, I was told later by another clerk that it is restricted at certain times of the day. I would have gotten a ticket!

Atendimento solicito. Hotel com ótima localização central. Infelizmente fiquei no primeiro andar e o barulho da cozinha começa às 5 da manhã. Um pesadelo, panelas batendo e pessoas conversando. Realmente terrível, até gravei com o celular, realmente se você quiser dormir após as 5 da manhã é impossível. Por isso, não fique nunca no primeiro andar.

Bom hotel, recomendo a todos. Já fui em quase todos hotéis dessa área da República, próx a praça e esse está no top 3. Recepção com segurança 24h, recepção sempre prestativa e muito bem localizado. Meu quarto estava com um problema no banheiro que uma válvula não estava fechando direito e daí pingava bastante próximo a pia, porém nada que não desse pra secar e seguir normalmente. Fora isso, quarto bem espaçoso e de boa qualidade. Frigobar e armário espaçoso. Sobre o café da manhã, muito bom. Bastante variedade e bem servido. Toda hora as refeições são repostas e alternando a diversidade dos alimentos. No geral avalio muito bem o hotel e voltarei mais vezes.
