"I chose this hotel because one of the pools has gradual shallow steps - my elderly parent cannot climb up and down the usual vertical-style pool steps so this was a really important feature for us. It meant she was able to use the pool by walking in and out. The hotel was generally lovely. The rooms had lots of space, were always clean, and the balcony was really appreciated. "Comfortable & tasteful. Since it was off-season, facing the pool was very quiet. The design is soothing & the room is laid out in a practical & pleasant manner with a good setup for drinks & snacks. "Allure suites is located perfectly on the border of Fira and Firostefani, quiet yet within 15mins walk to the main part of the town. We stayed in the Romance suite and it was perfect, the place is spacious and clean with an indoor hot tub that's accessible 24/7. Balcony has a great view to the Caldera. Breakfast had a great selection choice. The highlight of the stay is the service. Panos is an amazing host, from pre-arrival communication to departure, everything worked seamless because of him....
