"What an incredibly beautiful hotel!! The staff would go above and beyond. The hotel room was stunning and smelt amazing… in fact the entire hotel smells amazing! "Excellent hotel, to a good standard commensurate with what you might expect for 4star. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If you want to be close to loads of bars and shops it’s a good 20min walk, but we were happy with that. Whilst the pool area isn’t huge it’s well proportioned and there were always loungers available. It’s also very close to the beach. We enjoyed a morning at the spa which was also of a good standard."

"After having a long trip they gave me the worst room located in other building it seemed different from pictures. On top of it they wanted me to pay again at desk after booking online. They don’t have 24 hour desk service, so I have to sleep in the rental car I had because the room was with mold, old and bathroom in very bad condition. It looked like a haunted room. They accommodated me at 9 am in other room which it was more better than the first be aware if they send you to another building...
