Dirty, not as it seems.

The house was NOT clean when we arrived. Blueberries in the sink. Cooking oil under kitchen table. Napkins left on table, sand everywhere, Floors were NOT moped. If we were barefoot our feet were black from the floors! And did I mention the bugs!? Bugs..bugs..bugs! Cockroaches, and other bugs were found all over. I am FURIOUS I'm having to pay a cleaning fee when obviously the people who actually TRY to clean for these homeowners don't do their job. I would have done a better job for you and kept my money. You need to get new cleaners ASAP, it was totally not exceptable. The location of the home is a little misleading. Yes you share a dock and front yard, but this home is BEHIND the other home, not beside it. So it is a little awkward to walk in front of the other home, especially when both homes obviously dont have enough blinds/curtains. You can see straight through both homes, NO privacy. I was worried to be in the shower and be seen due to no blinds on windows. Overall we had a great time OUTSIDE of the home. The home was extremely uncomfortable due to privacy, couch was old and scratchy, house was filthy, only one tv in living room, no wifi for the kids, and having to awkwardly intrude on our neighbors to access dock. I will be back to the area but not in this home.

Quite stay

It is further than we thought from town, but a very cute place. You can hear no traffic or any noise what so ever. They have a swing that you can sit in and look over the water. The issues we had was upon arrival we could not get into the house due to not being able to get ahold of anyone. We had to call the Evolve place to get them involved to get us in. We stayed two nights and the master bedroom mattress was very hard, and with my husbands back problems, I carried the mattress from the twin beds and sat them on top of the master bedroom mattress to make it softer. Other than that We had a good time staying there.

First of all, we were given the wrong code to enter the property, had to wait outside for about 2 hours with my 8 year old boy. Secondly the house wasn’t clean. And lastly and most importantly I Asked for a late checkout considering the time that I spend waiting to get in, and was denied the request

Not as advertised!

No sheets for trundles or pull out couch when we arrived. It reeked of smoke when first arrived. The floors were gritty. There were 2 pillows with dried blood on them. Several dishes were put away wet, so we're molding. The canoe was dry rotted and had a huge hole in it. No kayak or any other use able watercraft. The closet door was touched (by a toodler), and ended up falling on my head. I recieved a huge headache from this. The master bath has a door without a window covering to the walled in deck (no working lock to the walled area). No window coverings in the living room (where the pull out couch is) or in the kitchen. The cleaning fee amount is a joke! We called the manager, he sent out a cleaning person the next day; she only cleaned the floors and left sheets. Only one roll of toilet paper.

Great place to take the family

It’s about 20 minutes from Miramar Beach and it was great for the family. Save a little money and have more peace by getting this place that’s off the beaten path.

Home was dirty upon arrival. There was feces on the toilet seat. No blanket for master bed. Cobwebs throughout house. Pretzels under twin bed sheets. Floor was not swept. Batteries on keypad locked died a few days into stay. No replacement available and no one could arrive "for several hours". Dishes in cabinets were visibly dirty.

Beautiful views

The views were amazing, seen dolphins every night. A great place for young kids to swim as the water is only 4 feet deep all the way across the bay. The only thing I didn't like, as we knew the property was shared, these pics are deceiving as to where the house sits on the property. The house is close to the road and you only see the other house in front of your house. Luckily both sets of neighbors we had were fun to hang out with! And it is a close walk to the water. We would definitely stay again!

no as it seems

there is a shared dock on the property, but it is in the others houses back yard. The only good views are in the neighbor's yard. Our car was damaged by dead branches from a large oak tree in the yard. Thankfully the branches didn't fall on someone. I called when arriving on property, took 25 mins to get in touch with the evolve local agent to get access. The yellow flys can get kind of bad.

Beautiful , Quite location under the live Oaks on the Bay

. Bring you're Boat and fishing gear. Perfect place to jump off to anywhere you want to go . The Bay restaurant is just 10 minutes. The beaches are just 15 minutes. Would definitely stay here again.
