Wonderful vacation home
We had a great time with our family and friends in Watercolor and enjoyed the home very much. It was a beautiful space for all our teenagers to spread out and spend time together. We can't wait to come back!

Nice home but needs work and maintenance
This was the second year to stay at this location. The first year home was in excellent shape but this year many problems which had not been taken care of. In addition, the management company failed to let us know the AC was out in the carriage house which we needed for our family. Also, numerous problems with home such as pool heater not working, closet lights not working, a keyed lock on upstairs bathroom enabling access, elevator not working, pool not cleaned, interior floor rugs dirty, master bedroom sheets not fitting, and the list goes on and on. Sorry to say but this is a fabulous home when taken care of but not this trip. I reported all of items to management company (Dune) who did their best to remedy issues but most were not fixed during our stay. I requested some partial refund for the problems while on vacation and they offered a minimal credit. Not sure the owner is aware of issues. We will look somewhere else next time.

Wonderful Family Vacation
The house is spacious, beautiful and offered everything we needed for a large family vacation. Our grandchildren LOVED the pool. The oldest child is 7 and they loved jumping in the hot tub, then into the pool. We enjoyed sitting the times we could just sit and visit, watch ball games while the kids were entertained in the pool. At first I thought the house was not located convenient to the Watercolor pools, but soon discovered riding golf carts to get around Watercolor adds to the fun. This house was perfect for our family.

Amazing House in Watercolor
We love staying at Watercolor, but this may be our favorite house thus far. Our family (18 of us) enjoyed every minute in this house- we didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend!

Gorgeous house with every amenity!
The house is beautifully decorated with thoughtfully added amenities. The responsiveness of the property management team was exceptional, as we had a few hiccups and questions. Couldn’t have been more delighted! One of our best rentals in over 25 years of renting in watercolor and seaside.

Best Thanksgiving ever!
This property is AMAZING! Our family has been renting in Watercolor for the last 20 years and this is by far one of the top rentals. Not only is it visually beautiful, it has so many extra amenities that spoiled us all week! Laura Emma was our rental agent, and she personally texted with me all week about our stay. She was amazing, too! Highly recommend this property!

A week in heaven
This house made our stay! Watercolor is such a fun town but this house brought the trip to the next level. We spent so much time in the spa/pool and outside living spaces. The kitchen had SO much room- 2 big fridges and an actual pantry. A lot of rentals don’t have this which makes it hard for big groups. We spent a lot of time in the kitchen because it was so pleasant. We can’t wait to return to this little slice of heaven on earth!

Best Multi-Family house in Watercolor!
This is by far the best house we have stayed in while in Watercolor. It was even better than the pictures online. It was the perfect layout and amenities for 3 families with small children. It had everything we needed and the property manager went above and beyond.
