Great getaway spot!
We love this area - and this condo is so close to beach access! A short drive (or walk / bike ride) down to Seaside - lots of shops, restaurants and entertainment. The condo offered plenty of space for our family of 3. Kitchen stocked with dishes, cooking utensils and anything else you may need. No laundry in unit (description clearly stated this) but you’re located close to an onsite laundry facility that we were able to use to dry some beach clothes. Overall a great experience and we’ll definitely stay again!

Wonderful condo
The condo was wonderful, just as pictured. We also loved sitting on the porch in the mornings and evenings, it was nice and quiet. The beach was a short walk away, very convenient. Once you get to the end of the board walk the public beach access starts 200 feet to the left, which was unexpected but not much further. The only issue we had was the ice maker which did not work. The condo was clean and felt like home. We enjoyed it very much!

Skinny Dip was a beautiful condo! Perfect for the two of us, and still would’ve been comfortable with 2 kids in the adorable bunk beds! Location was excellent, just a short walk across the street to a public beach access! Absolutely perfect!! Bed was very comfortable! Quiet balcony for morning coffee! Roomy bathroom and shower! If I could make a suggestion, maybe some coffee packs for those of us who don’t have coffee with us. Also, maybe more than ONE roll of toilet paper 😏. We definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Fabulous, no hassle stay
Five minutes out the door to the public beach access. No gulf carts or other rentals needed, everything is easily able to be carried down. Gas station nearby with all the essentials and extras. The unit was clean and so functional. We slept well and had everything we needed!

My two teenage kids and I stayed at the property for 3 nights. I can’t say enough great things about it. Location, cleanliness, decor, all were 10/10. Super close to the beach, walking distance to few great restaurants, a short car ride to Seaside and Rosemary. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, fun bunk beds, beautifully renovated.
We had a great experience overall. The only downside was not having a washer/dryer in the unit. Bring lots of quarters (more than you think) to cover the washer and dryer at the on-site laundromat.

Great Location
We stayed a week. This was a great location short walk to the beach. The unit was a little cramped for our family of four since our girls are teenagers one bathroom was a bit smaller than we usually stay. The beach was beautiful the only problem was the algae had come in the week we stayed luckily we had a few good days. This location is quiet and family friendly.

Great location!
This unit was beautifully decorated and very tidy! Perfect distance from the beach for our family of 3. We had 3 families staying in these condos and we were able to walk back and forth to each condo easily and use either pool during our stay. Perfect beach getaway!

This beachside villa was a perfect fit for our family of four. Our girls loved the bunk beds and the master bed was very comfortable. We loved the updated feel of this place. Our main complaint was the cleanliness. It could have used a deep cleaning. But overall we had a great time and would book again.

The condo is right across the street from beach access! Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) were right at home. The condo was clean, updated, and stocked with all of the essentials. Parking was easy. The condo is right in the midst of seaside and close to everything. Property manager answered questions via text immediately. Will definitely book again!

Horrible experience!
I ended up cutting my finger on two nails that were sticking out of the sliding glass door. I notified the owner and was informed they would "get to it at the end of the season". I also asked for some kind of compensation for my troubles and was accused of trying to extort money from the owners. As someone who has spent their life in the service industry I was shocked with how this was handled, stay away!
