Great location
Great House. Cleaning people could do a little better job. The reviews about the towels are very true. Be prepared to wash during your stay. Not enough towels provided for the size house.

Great family vacation
We have been coming to Watercolor for 15 years. This year we decided to move to a quieter area. Excellent house excellent location. Linens were scarce. 1 towel per guest in this price range and especially with teenagers just doesn’t cut it. For 7k plus provide adequate linens.

Good house, but needs some improvement
Benchmark gave wrong code for lockbox. Only 1 key for back door, no front door key. Leak from ceiling in middle of kitchen work space. Told it would be fixed, never was.No can opener . Simple things, but inconvenient for the price you pay for house!

Great location
We loved the house....it was beautiful!! However, the property management gave us the wrong code for the key lockbox to get into the house...took us about 45 minutes to get into house after a long drive. The house was gorgeous. The front door key never worked for us, so we just used the back door.

Great house, horrible check-in process
The house was beautiful with easy access to the beach. Unfortunately, the property manager (Benchmark) did not provide us with any correct codes so we couldn’t get into the neighborhood or the home. After an hour we had the right codes but the wifi was off. The following morning, a broken master door handle locked us out of our room. Eventually someone came to fix the handle and reset the wifi. We loved the house but thought the property management company was unorganized and did not respond to after-hour calls in a timely manner.

Beautiful house - great location!
We had a great vacation at 6 Bosk Lane. Gorgeous home. Much bigger than what I had expected from the pictures. We had 5 adults and 2 kids and we had more than enough room. Cute, quiet street with two small neighborhood pools. Great beach at the end of 395. We rented a golf cart to shuttle people back and forth to the beach- 8 minute walk but could get king depending on how much stuff you have. Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful property
Overall property was beautiful, close to the action. The large pool employees wanted a membership card to access the pool not the gate code we were given. They did let us in. Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood pool and beach.
