"My only complaint was parking. It was a block away $24 with no in & outs. Not a fun walk in the rain. Valle parking was too high $75. The bell desk and valle parking attendants were very helpful and great at their job. However, i enjoyed my stay and would love to return when i return to California. "

"Super friendly, super helpful staff. Checked in easily and quickly after being delayed by half a day. Used the valet parking, that was a breeze too. Our room (200) was much bigger than expected, like a small apartment and had everything we need. They location is second to none and made exploring Santa Monica easy! Thanks again to all the staff there."
