"I booked the stay for my in laws, and unfortunately there was a lot of miscommunication and disconnect of what was supposedly booked and said between the host and my in-laws. It was frustrating and at times consuming in getting it sorted and corrected. Thank goodness for Expedia in their assistance. Overall they said the place was clean, spacious, and appreciated the quick response from the caretaker. The only complaint was WiFi was weak."

"The staff are very helpful, accommodating and nice. They provided us of all the things that we requested. But some parts of the building needs some tlc. Like parts of the floor in our room was uneven and it moves when we walk. The baseboards in the lobby of our floor was busted and the elevator buttons need some replacement and an upgrade. Also, some of the towels and bathrobes that we had was a bit old. But other than that, we had a comfortable stay😊"

"Before Check-in, Dennise and Jenny were both response quickly about my concerns. Upon check-in the consiege is very helpful to direct me to 2nd floor to get my building pass from the security room. I met the security and was very nice and respectful. Our stay felt relaxing, and secured. The bulding security is very tight and the security personels are accommodating. The room is clean and very organize. I will definitely coming back to this unit."

"First what I would like to comment is the impeccable staff being very patient, resourceful and helpful. The rooms I have stayed in both Lyf and The Suites were cleaned and maintained on a daily basis. Even housekeeping was very friendly and understanding.
