「I thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful serene bright tropical stay. The home was very comfortable and offered everything needed for relaxing, cooking, entertaining family that live nearby. Outdoor back yard was ideal for yoga and eating and relaxing in the chaise. Thank you so very much! And the property managers were great with communication!」

The host did not message me back (two messages sent 12 hours apart) and so I had to call the number on our way to the house and speak to someone who gave me the code to get in. 「We loved being a couple blocks from the beach in a quiet neighbourhood. We thoroughly enjoyed having our breakfast and lunch at the unit inside and up on the outside deck and dinners out in the nearby restaurants. The access to transit was great. Our property managers were friendly, helpful with recommendations and prompt at responding. We had a wonderful experience.」

「The weather was unseasonably cold. The small heater in the unit was not able to keep up. Contacted the owner and they supplied an additional heated that made it more comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.」

「The house is everything you see in the pictures—and so much more! It’s in a very quiet neighborhood, just a short walk from one of the most beautiful parks and beaches in Santa Barbara.The house has everything you could wish for and more. It’s extremely clean, comfortable, and managed exceptionally well. The only thing we realized we were missing was a blanket to sit on the couch and watch TV. We mentioned it upon arrival, and first thing in the morning, we received three super fluffy and cozy...

「Place was as described. Plenty of room for my family and close to our daughter at Westmont. Space and amenities were convenient. Property next to freeway and busy road. But sound machine in the bedrooms drown out the noise. Didn’t bother us. 」

「Three of us had a random time off work/between college quarters so we enjoyed this house as a base camp for our wandering around Santa Barbara and the vicinity. The house is a cute family-feeling house with a beautiful garden in a quiet area in the canyon. We were out and about a quite a bit but enjoyed coming home to this character-filled house. Dave was super helpful and communicative and the whole trip worked out great!」
