不滿:整潔度、職員與服務、設施服務和住宿狀況
i didn't have a good experience at all, the resort didn't give me the wooden thing to put on the door to come clean my room and give me new towel, the phone in the room doesn't work, the reception didn't answer my calls when i called off my phone. nowhere does it have in the description that the resort is mostly for people with a car and is not really accessible for people who walk. then when i was gonna check out i was changing and the maid opens the blinds outside and looks inside without knocking and invading my privacy. the pool was dirty and not maintained throughout the day just once in the morning and night with a lot of people coming in and out. poor customer service and i will be making a video on my bad experiences at this resort. poor quality.
