"Our extended family reunion was wonderful. We all love to cook and this property has a well stocked kitchen able to accommodate cooking full meals for 12+ people and a bake off by each family. The pool and fire pit are a wonderful place to spend the day with lots of space. We loved being able to walk to town, it’s so quaint. We will definitely come back again. They have a great information booklet with instructions for everything in the house and suggestions for things to do. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this house. We arrived waaay to early and the owners allowed us to check in early. They usually have an early check-in fee and they were gracious enough to waive the fee. The location was great. This is a house that is great for families with young children. Very accommodating. "

"We had a great time and were able to relax. We didn’t get to spend as much time using the amazing outdoor amenities as we would have liked due to event commitments and cooler temperatures but even just sitting out by the pool was very relaxing. Hosts have thought of a lot of ways to make your stay easier. Including labeling where everything goes for easy clean up. Only tip is if you’re attending an event where you need to do make up - bring a lighted mirror. Bathroom lighting isn’t great for...

"The toilet was not cleaned...I do believe truly an oversight but that was a bit yucky to have to do. I'd have liked to see some tupperware bowls, aluminum foil and or baggies for leftovers. Location was great!! Overall though I would recommend this to friends."

"We were in town for a family function. This spot was close everything we needed and had a room for my mom and my college age daughter. In a hotel, we would have been on top of each other! The neighborhood was super quiet and I walked every morning not seeing a soul! Good visit. A bar of bathroom soup would have been nice, but everything else was amazing."

"We used The Yellow House during business hours for 2.5 days. Linda was accomodating and generous - even allow us to check out a little later than normal so we could wrap up our Staff Retreat. It was a great time! Well appointed and cozy. The outdoor space was lovely and exactly what we wanted!"
