"There was a lot of remodeling of rooms being done but it was still amazingly quite. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Clean rooms. We arrived early (1:50) and was told if we checked in it would cost us an early check in fee. We could check in at 2:30 without this fee attached to our bill. We decided to sit in the lobby and read until 2:30. Bryon our desk clerk took it upon himself to call the manager and got the okay to check in early without the added fee. Bryon was a very happy, kind, courteous and helpful person. Wish all clerks could have his demeanor. "

"We visited our college student for the weekend & this was truly a home away from home for all of us. The home was immaculate, in a great location right across the street from the lake, lots of walking trails & playgrounds, and within walking distance to the college. The home is well stocked for several people with plenty of linens, blankets, pillows, towels, dishes, etc. W/D in the home, as well as an incredibly well stocked kitchen! Making home cooked meals has never been easier in a rental- when we didn’t have an item we needed, one was brought to us by the owner within 30 minutes. All the extras were thought of & this made for a seamless stay. We hope to return. Truly a 10/10 rental! Thank you. "

"The house is huge. Day 1 the host met us and told us about a “ribbon cutting” on Friday in front of the house. The internet didn’t get hooked up until day 3. The ac on the second floor went out day 1 started working again day 3 then stopped again day 5 or so. The kitchen had ants that ruined a lot of our food we had next to the fridge on the counter. The dishwasher wasn’t hooked up. I gave my daughter a bath in the tub and the water turned yellow and dropped black chunks into the tub. When I told the host he said, "I guess I should have run the tub" and "it's all pex", in response to the rust/black chunks. The Friday people were going to be out front turned into people on the porch and people trying to walk in the house and looking in the windows. My wife was supposed to be alone with my 3-month-old when this was happening. Then come to find out, the host had an open house listed on the city website for the entire weekend. Once everything is fixed this can be a really nice vrbo. The intrusion on guests' privacy is ridiculous though. I left a week early. "
