「We have been staying at the Ivy Cottage for several years for our Spring Break ski trips. It is right at the base of Little Cottonwood Canyon and super convenient for skiing at Alta/Snowbird. It is also fully equipped to cook your own meals and close to local shopping. The hosts are excellent as well and we will be back!」

「Nice House. A million rules everywhere about everything seems kinda excessive but was a nice house comfy beds in the bedrooms some guests complained the bunk beds were not comfortable. Hot tub was nice but under constant surveillance which is awkward. Theater was cool. And back deck was awesome. Check in was easy. 」

「The rental unit was clean, stylish, roomy and well appointed. The communication from the owner was excellent and everything was as advertised. Occasionally there was noise from upstairs possibly from sliding furniture across the floor or moving something heavy, but otherwise was a very pleasant stay.」

「What a lovely home base for family adventures in Utah! Pictures do not do justice to the view from the backyard. The large nature preserve immediately behind the house has miles and miles of trails surrounded by mountains on almost every side. The location makes for easy access to the Cottonwood Canyons and tons of outdoor activities. We particularly appreciated how comfortable the couches were in the family living room, front living room and covered back porch. There was plenty of comfy seating...

「The place is good for the price, very convenient drive to the mountains. The property was clean and in a nice neighborhood. I would stay there again if they invested in some cotton sheets. The polyester bedsheets here sleep hot and were uncomfortable for me. 」

「We were skiing in Little and Big Cottonwood Canyons, and this served as a great home base. We didn’t end up taking the bus, but it was only a 10 min walk from the house, so it was great to have that option. Ping-pong table was fun, and the view from the dining room area was really nice. Also great to have a ski stuff room by the garage, as well as laundry. 」
