"We enjoyed our stay we just didn’t like the fact that it took a long time for hot water to run. The shower head water pressure wasn’t good barely any water coming out. Took a long time to shower. Mini fridge wasn’t cold at all more of room temperature. Heat was good but it’s not the whole time. Maybe half the night. Soo be prepared. The outside area is beautiful, quiet and peaceful loved the fact you have your own parking spot in front of room. Overall rating 3.5 "

"The Cape Cod Inn is a decent motel. The rooms are clean and spacious and quiet. We found it very convenient to park outside our door. It’s a very short walk to restaurants and shops and a ten minute walk to the ferry to either Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard. Good value for the money, would definitely stay again. "

"This property is close to the beach and board walk. Town neck beach is a nice sandy beach and extremely walkable. We were sometimes the only people at the beach and it was amazing! Beautiful sunsets! The house was clean and had some board games that we played in the basement on a rainy day. "
