Run down, smelled bad, furniture from a thrift store or dump ,questionable if it was cleaned
The owner should invest in some well-needed upgrades, cleaning and improvements. Would never stay again.

Quiet beach getaway
This cottage had wonderful ocean views and beach access. Once we figured out the tides and the best time to access the beach, we were there constantly. The neighbors were friendly and generous, and we enjoyed the quiet of the area. The Fourth of July didn’t disappoint and we saw hundreds of fireworks over the week. Our daughters had a fantastic time and overall we enjoyed our stay. There were a some things that could have made the stay a bit more comfortable though. There was an overwhelming septic smell coming from the sink in the kitchen which was hard to deal with at times. Also, there were hundreds of ants inside the property especially when food was dropped. The beds could have been bigger and were very uncomfortable to sleep on. Lastly, kitchen appliances, dishes, utensils etc. were all dirty and everything needed to be washed before being used. We were able to look over these things and truly enjoyed our stay.
