Great family ski getaway

The home was a great basecamp for a ski getaway for our family of four. The hot tub was a nice perk. It's a nice location - close to town and an easy drive up to Schweitzer.

Great Stay

Cozy and comfortable. Hot tub felt good and was clean but privacy is a bit of an issue. Felt like all neighbors could be looking down at you. Interior was clean and comfortable.

Lovely space with everything you need...

Had family/friends stay when in town for a wedding. The cottage is beautifully appointed, very comfortable - a perfect little getaway close to town and Schweitzer.

Great rental ❤️

Loved staying here! The kitchen was fully stocked with amenities (pans, plates, silverware, glassware, salt, pepper, coffee, etc) The bathroom had everything we needed for 4 guests as well! It’s modern. It’s clean. It’s close to town. I will agree with the other reviews, that the mattresses are extremely firm! We will stay here again.

Cute new house

The house was in a good location and quiet. It was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. My only suggestion is that they put foam toppers on their beds as they are extremely firm and uncomfortable.

Overall the stay was excellent. The house was clean. The check in process was great. Communication was great. The one downfall is the mattress in the guest bedroom is horribly uncomfortable.

Cute home in Sandpoint, close to everything in town. Home is set up so you could have 6 people stay there if needed. I used it as a longer stay & enjoyed home, hot tub, & location of home. I did have to contact management with a couple questions and they got back to me fast & remedied my questions/concerns. I would definitely there again.

Great little place!

This was a perfect place to relax every evening after our activities in Sandpoint. It was super clean and neat with new modern amenities. Everything worked well. We enjoyed the neighborhood. Easy to open the door and easy to check out.

Don’t Recommend

Arrived and was allowed to check in early that was the only good thing about this house. You are greeted with piles of dog poop from the neighbor in the front yard. Upon arrival internet was down only for this unit, spoke to neighbors and no other house on street was out. Contacted property management several times with internet never fixed, was told I would be receiving a discount on rate, needless to say didn’t get a dime. As other guest have said, the beds are hard as a rock, no exaggeration floor was better to sleep on than beds. Will not be staying at this location next month we are there.
