Unfortunate power outage
We were not able to stay in this apartment, finding out as we arrived for check in at 5pm that there was a power outage in the house, that was communicated by an Italian groundskeeper. Luckily, our sister in law speaks Italian and was able to manage the transfer to a nearby hotel. Note that the online booking manager for the house lives in California, and was not able to be contacted immediately. Once we were in contact with her (about one hour later), she gave an immediate Venmo refund and granted us a voucher for a future 3 night stay. We were sad that we could not stay at this apartment, but were pleased with how the company handled the refund & rebooked us at the Hotel Villa Medici, which supplied us with one of the better dinners of our stay. The power outage is likely a one-off situation, but we did get notice prior to our stay that the WiFi was down, so might be worth double checking on that situation prior to booking.

A Lovely Villa
This is a special place. We stayed here with some of our extended family to explore Abruzzo. The house is beautifully sited with a panoramic view of the Adriatic. The property is well maintained and quite comfortable. The town is charming and its beaches are quite fine. Overall an excellent place. Highly recommended.

Best experience ever.
My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Simone and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, Anita and her husband went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The exquisite accommodations, coupled with exceptional service (coffee, sweets, toasts) made our stay truly memorable. The villa’s location made exploring the area a breeze, the beach and town were right there. Highly recommended!

The Villa was beautiful with lovely decor. Beautiful views and close to beach. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was great. The only issue was the portable AC units couldn’t measure up to the heat wave.

Lovely stay by the sea
Well maintained and appointed property. We felt so welcomed with a great coffee and snack service. Extremely clean. Location was great with views of the Sea from every window. It was a short walk down to the water but you did have to come back up!! Loved the town and the people. Amazing wineries and tastings close by. I would return.

The villla is absolutely fabulous. Everything is gorgeous. Ladies..the hair dryers are fantastic..no need to bring your own.🙂 The house is well situated you can walk to the beach. Terazzo overlooks the Adriatic..absolutely amazing. If you are into yoga..best yoga mats ever..we had wonderful yoga practice on the terrazzo. Cinzia has provided all amenities necessary...a wonderful experience. Kitchen well equipped..A most peaceful holiday.

Dream Villa
After 2 weeks of hiking with some friends (5 people) in the Abruzzos we've stayed in San Vito Chietino to rest up and Cinzia's place was perfect for that! There are 6 bedrooms with a bathroom for each of those - so more than enough space for up to 6 couples. All rooms are furnished with very much attention to detail. The living room, kitchen and terrace in the ground floor are very spacious and equiped for everything you need during your stay. The communication was perfect as well. The only downside is the 10min walk down to the beach, but if that doesn't bother you, you can't find a better place to stay.

100% recommend!
This villa was the perfect place for our week-long stay with friends. The rooms were beautifully furnished, well-equipped, super clean, just amazing. The same with the kitchen. It was also great to have the outoor patio for eating dinners together and looking at the sea in 180°, wow! I think this view was worth the walk uphill from the beach (15 minutes, at least some daily stretching). The San Vito Chietino village was also awesome, many hidden staircases, narrow streets, great gelato and aperitivo, tasty pizza, Despar 10 minutes from the villa. And our host Anita was super friendly and helpful, always available on whatsapp, and she gave us many good tips! We’ve all been more than happy to stay in this villa!

L'host Anita che ci ha accolto è stata molto disponibile e cortese. Casa ordinata, pulita, spaziosa con vista mare. Cucina spaziosa e ben fornita di posate e stoviglie, presente anche tettoia vista mare per cene di gruppo. Struttura consigliatissima per vacanze di gruppo con amici o in famiglia.

Esattamente ciò che cercavamo
Casa stupenda e comodissima a due passi dal paese, con una via diretta che scende fino al mare (vi sconsiglio di risalire a piedi nelle ore più calde). Ogni stanza è accogliente e la terrazza è davvero ottima per passare una serata con gli amici. Unica pecca, le stanze più in alto sono estremamente calde, ma nulla che un paio di ventilatori in più non possano risolvere. L'Host è stata semplicemente fantastica. Estremamente gentile, preparata e sempre a disposizione. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la disponibilità di Anita, la manager che ci ha accolto e l'ottimo vino ed olio del signor Nino, che ci hanno fatto subito sentire a casa. Consigliatissimo!

Wir (12 Personen) haben perfekt Platz gefunden in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Gleich morgens konnte man das Panorama von der Terrasse aus genießen (uneingeschränkter Meerblick). Der Weg zum Meer war auch wie versprochen ca 5 Minuten lang, allerdings führte er über 284 Treppenstufen. Vor allem der Weg nach oben ist also für ältere oder gehandicapte Personen schwierig. Nachdem wir aber alle jung sind, haben wir so unsere tägliche Portion Sport abhaken können. Auch der Ort San Vito Chietino ist einen Besuch wert: malerische Straßen, nette Cafés und kleinere Supermärkte, in welchen man alles findet, was man so braucht. Und für die, die abends gerne mal etwas länger draußen sitzen: keine Sorge, die Nachbarn sind sehr verständnisvoll, oder einfach schwerhörig? So oder so, es gibt keinen, der hier auf Nachtruhe besteht. Vielen, vielen dank an unsere Hosts, die uns bei jeder Frage bereit standen. Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche hier verbracht!

Amazing, great and simply the best
We stayed 4 nights at this amazing property, which was such a pleasure. This charming old building/ house is huge and totally newly renovated with a homely stylish feeling to it. All you need is here - spacious rooms with en suite ( luxury ), parking for the cars, all utilities for making food at home and the most beautiful outside areas with spectacular panoramic sea view. The host and caretakers are the best and we couldn’t ask for more. We highly recommend you to stay in this place.. Ps. We didn’t wanted to leave - even our teenager daughter approved it and didn’t wanted to move out 🤣
