"I live in the neighborhood and booked for a friend who was visiting a couple days. She reported that the bed and furniture were comfortable, the kitchen had everything she needed including good coffee and the private patio space was an extra plus. The host was friendly and attentive. "

"Terrible. It was cheap. It was dirty. Roaches. I got there late, checked in and left at dawn. They didn’t care that I didn’t like it and refused to refund me for my second night. Zero stars. Avoid. "

"This is a cottage behind an apartment building that was very quiet, but close to shopping and trendy stores. It was comfortable and clean and just right for a visit to my son who lives in the same area. Thank you, Chris!"

"Beautiful location, clean and convenient! Average soundproofing but the host are so nice that it's not a problem. beautiful house, ideal for children. corresponds to the ad. if I go back to San Francisco I will come back here!"

"Having relocated to Florida and needing to see Bay Area family and friends east and west of Castro Valkey, we found the property perfectly situated and beautifully appointed.It was beyond our expectations for privacy and tranquility. "

"Cute little tiny home. Very modern and clean. However it was very cold with only one split AC/heater unit to heat the whole place. Perhaps some additional space heaters for each room would help ALOT. They provided cute slippers but they were dirty and used. Otherwise very nicely done and would come back again."

"The Star Wars house was charming and quite comfortable. The kids definitely got a kick out of the decor. I think my only issue is I didn’t read the details closely because we were surprised there wasn’t a stove or oven and we were supposed to cook a turkey for Thanksgiving. Oops! But the owners are really nice, they communicate well and are there if you need anything. Note that this is attached to their home with a separate entrance for privacy. We enjoyed our stay very much."

"We enjoyed our stay. The cottage was well-appointed, with a large kitchen and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was a blessing since we visited during an extreme heat wave. Lovely yard and driveway parking. Great communication from the hosts. The best part was that it was just steps from downtown Benicia which is a wonderful place to walk, sightsee, shop, and dine. "

"The cottage was exactly as pictured and described. The host had welcome sign with my name, fresh cut flowers, coffee and a basket of welcoming goodies. Everything in the cottage was new, modern and clean. It’s quiet at night. WiFi was included. It is walking distance to stores and restaurants. Using Lyft or Uber was convenient but there is plenty of parking on the street if you have a car. It is definitely a very lovely place to stay. The host was very gracious."

"This is a wonderful location to access Oakland, Marin, and San Francisco. The neighborhood is wonderful with many views from the property and walking through the neighborhood. Warren is so easy to reach and is very responsive to any questions you might have. The cute little town of Rockridge is only a 20 minute walk away, and of course very accessible by car. So many great independent stores and wonderful restaurant scene."

"Easy access to beach, dining and other shops. Plenty of parking. Easy access to event we were in town to attend. Carpets need cleaning or replacing. I asked for ground floor but had to climb stairs to 2nd floor. No elevator and I'm a senior with bad knees."

"John and Arthur are outstanding hosts. So much attention to detail. Every need anticipated. The gardens in back are so wonderfully laid out. Several areas to sit and read, enjoy coffee and conversation, or simply rest. We will come back."
