Dirty and smelly with poor communication
Pictures of the unit were deceptive. Unit is old and dated. Had to request instructions to enter the property after 4 pm as the instructions never arrived. Entered to foul odor and discovered that the place had not been cleaned properly in months or longer. Rodent feces, dirty utensils, filthy closets, water damaged ceilings and walls, filthy lanai, etc. My husband and I spent a full day cleaning the place to make it acceptable. Host was not helpful except to apologize to no avail. Amenities were a joke. Three dirty pans with one lid that did not match. Ended up finding other accommodations so we could leave early.
