Unfortunately we were unable to stay due to a roach infestation and not just a few (as we are aware there are bugs in tropical climates) …but roaches in the bed, blankets, microwave, kitchen etc. After an employee came and witnessed the issue, he tried to move us to another apt (in the same infested building ) which had filthy linens and was probably not ready for guests. We left the same night after the company refused to put us in contact with actual management. The “virtual assistants” that did end up calling after our persistent request offered nothing but the mention of having had an exterminator come and so they still expected us to stay there which was unacceptable. To this day an actual manager still has not contacted us and after multiple attempts this company was unable to make this right as this was a horrible start to our experience/vacation. If you stay here, I hope everything goes well because the level/lack of customer service is disheartening. I wonder if the owner is aware of any of these types of issues since it is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of actual management.

Beautiful home located in a local neighborhood. Safe and walkable to lots of food options. The hosts also checked on us daily to make sure we were comfortable which is super sweet.

The fridge leaked inside, the stovetop area was too small so it made it hard to use both burners at the same time because the pots & pans would turn off the stove & need new pans.it would also be nice to add some screens to the sliding door to get some air flow without inviting the mosquitos in.other than that it was really nice.

This was by far my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Between the modern features, the tub outdoors, self check in, the thank you gift… I can’t brag enough about this property. The rooms were clean, the AC was cold, food options were plenty in walking distance. Rides to Old San Juan were cheap. They provided beach towels that were good quality. I highly recommend this boutique style hotel.. I plan on staying here and other DW properties very soon!
