"Easy to access house. We only stayed in the main part of the house and it was rainy season. So cooler and the AC in the bedrooms was very needed still. We had a slight issue with on demand water heater in main house shower but went over to the guest house to shower the kids. Pool was perfect. There is a packn play and high chair for the younger kids. We rented surf boards from Brett’s Surfboards down the road. "

"The View, the View, the view. Beds and living space were comfortable and first rate. Not only was it a great leap off point to many awesome adventures, it was very comfortable just to relax, listen to birds and waves. (Challenges, no coffee filters, ice maker, hot water in showers works but runs out if more than one shower is in use, or washer. Dryer was not working but Manuel sent a fix it person right away) "

"The home in Jaco Beach was the perfect size for our two families. Our host was friendly and responsive. The pool and beach access was convenient and fun. The only detractor was the “adult” transactions occurring at the end of the driveway/street. It was sad and stressful to walk past any time we left the house."

"The place was so amazing, with its majestic views and amenities. The drive up to this please on it own its an adventure, be sure to get a 4x4 vehicle, And use a loca gps app (i recomend Waze). Google maps send us up a wrong hill and caused us to get stuck in the mud. Likely the property managers came to our aid and got us out of the pickle, thanks very much Hugo and family. For any outdoors lovers, for does looking for tue PURA VIDA experience, we totally recommend the lookout casita at the edge...

"Property is as described. It's dated but well cared for. The caretaker is great. PLEASE note. Last few kilometers of road are not paved...we had 4x4's was fine. Closest supermarket is a 40 minute - hour drive. Beach isn't the best for swimming but totally remote and private. We loved this place. "

"The condo was great. Top floor. Amazing view. Clean. Well equipped. We literally had everything we needed. The owner Norman was on point with communication. Answered questions quickly and ensured that our access to the condo and resort was trouble free. The complex is gated with a security person controlling entry. We felt safe.
