Please come and spend your holidays in complete safety and all peace in this amazing villa in the warmest and safest region of Spain.
No car needed. Near to beaches, luxurious and modern new villa for 2 at 8 adults of 1615 sq ft (150 m²), south facing, one level, entirely independent, enclosed and wonderful garden of 6500 sq ft (600 m²), very large private heated pool (10 m x 4 m). The heating of the pool will be programmed at 28° in off-season (with an additional cost between €150 and €220/week depending the season). A large ping pong table will also be at your disposal in the garden.
The property is located in the peaceful upmarket Spanish Town of Santiago De La Ribera, situated on the Costa Calida, between Alicante & Cartagena, just 25 minutes from the Brand New International Airport Murcia Region (RMU) and 45mn from Alicante airport (ALC).
Blessed by a Mediterranean climate, there are around 315 days of sun per year. Just a 10 min stroll (500m) from the sandy beaches, as well as many restaurants, bars and food shops (Lidl, Aldi, Spar, Mercadona...) all just a short walk away. Golfs at 5 kms.
This spacious open plan villa, boasts a fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, large fridge freezer and coffee machine (Nespresso), large dining area and living room with a 55 inch Smart TV with English channels and DVD player.
Free Superfast Fibre Optic Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout the Villa.
- 4 large double bedrooms: 2 with king size (180x200), 1 with queen size (160x200), 1 with 2 single beds (90x190).
(Travel cot, baby bath, playpen and high chair available on request)
- In the living room, a sofa bed (140x190).
- 2 bathrooms with each a very large walk-in shower including one with a washing machine and a dryer.
You can take your meals outdoors or you will also find a outdoor kitchen with a very large gas plancha. To enjoy the sun and for your comfort, 8 sun loungers with parasols and pergolas are at your disposal around the very large private heated pool with an solar shower.
For convenience there is a small bathroom with toilet and washbasin near the pool.
A hire car is not necessary but if you do have cars, they can be parked (2) inside the property, on the side of the villa.
The property also has an alarm system and 2 safes to deposit your valuables and in order to allow you to lighten your luggage as much as possible, all the linen is provided, sheets, towels as well as Beach towels. We have done our utmost to ensure you have a great sunny holiday and feel at home and in total security. The keys will be handed to you on site by the owners who live 2 km from the villa and who will be at your disposal during your stay in case of need.

We had the most wonderful Christmas getaway. Even before our stay, the hosts were incredibly helpful, promptly answering all our questions and ensuring we had all the information we needed. Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail truly set the tone for a fantastic holiday.The villa itself was perfect—warm, cozy, and so comfortable, even during the winter months. Everything was so well thought out, creating a relaxing and homely atmosphere for our families, with plenty of space for all eight of us.The children absolutely loved the pool and made the most of it every single day. It was a real highlight for them and kept them happily entertained throughout our stay.We couldn’t recommend this villa more highly and are so grateful for such a memorable holiday. Fabulous villa in a great location
We highly recommed this lovely villa and the hosts Marie and Franck. The villa is incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean and has all the home comforts you need. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms and living areas are comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. The highlight of this villa is the outside space. There is a comfortable seating area and lots of sunbeds for everyone to enjoy in shade or sun, depending on your preference. The pool is fantastic and with the pool heating we were able to enjoy swimming from early morning to late evening. The villa is in a peaceful location, but perfectly located for a short stroll to the beach, with several bars and restaurants in close vicinity. Within a short drive there are lots of other small towns which are all very pleasant to stroll around and enjoy the various markets that are on. We didn't venture further afield but larger towns such as Murcia and Cartagena are also fairly close so lots to see and do. Marie and Franck are excellent hosts and were very responsive when we had queries or questions. We had an amazing holiday and hope to return very soon!

Amazing villa
I couldn’t rate this villa any more highly. Amazing pool kept our children happy all day from the morning till the evening. Some days we only went out for lunch/dinner and otherwise stayed in enjoying the outdoor space or watching a movie etc. This is home from home. Nothing is too much trouble and if ever needed owner is very quick to response back. Kitchen has everything you need and the small touches like washing tabs and dishwasher tablets etc made the stay very easy. Location is great, quiet but still shops, beach and restaurants near by. Weekly market also close by which we enjoyed.We are definitely hoping to come back and this time longer.

Absolutely exceeded our expectations
We have recently returned from what can only be considered as a truly unforgettable experience. This was made possible by not only the Villa but also the level of attention, care, communication and professionalism by Marie and Franck. They were dream hosts and couldn't ask for anymore. The welcome basket to immediate response ensured our holiday was the success it was. What a truly stunning villa whereby the photos do not do it justice. Absolutely everything you could think of was present and more. The highlight of the Villa was the 10m swimming pool. What an absolute delight and perfect temperature to cool you down from the Spanish Sun. Location was great as didn't require a car to the beach (10 min walk) or Aldi (10 min walk). I couldn't recommend this Villa and hosts enough and I'm very confident you will make the right choice in choosing this stunning Villa.

The Villa was perfect for us. There were 7 of us aged between 1 and 81 and we had everything we needed, all appliances are of a high standard. The location is great too, not a tourist hot-spot but plenty of good bars and restaurants. Everyone loved the pool which seemed to be the perfect size.

This villa is fantastic. Spacious, light and airy with so many touches to make it comfortable. I don't think we've ever had a better equipped villa. And the pool is wonderful. Not many places have pools as big. Marie and Franck were the best hosts. Marie even gave us a lift to our next stay. We are definitely looking to return.

Relaxed Stay Near Mar Menor
Marie and Franck were very hospitable hosts, providing excellent communication for our stay in the villa and also recommendations for restaurants they use locally and in the city of Murcia. The villa is very well equipped - it has all the equipment needed to host 8 people in terms of kitchen equipment, loungers and outdoor seating (which isn't always the case for villas with beds for 8 people). The pool is also large (approx. 10m length) for a private villa pool. The villa is a short walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend this villa as a base for the Mar Menor area and Marie and Franck as hosts.

The villa had everything you could possibly want for a fantastic holiday. The pool was amazing, Marie the owner was extremely helpful and kept in communication prior to our stay and checked that we had everything we needed especially for my granddaughter who was 7 months old. Also gave us tips on restaurants, shops and taxis, Aldi and Lidl were about a 10 min walk but used taxis to pick us up with the shopping on our return. Marie also arranged our airport transfers which was great. The beach is about 10/15 walk where you can find bars restaurants and concerts some nights and a few fun activities for the children which went down well! Would definitely recommend this villa it was so lovely just to relax, eat alfresco and go in the pool whenever we wanted, and of course the weather!

Amazing Villa
Just got home from a fabulous 10 nights at this great Villa. Marie and Franke are lovely hosts and very welcoming even arranging a birthday cake for my husband’s birthday. The pool is a good size with steps to enter. There is an Aldi and Lidl 10 minutes walk and the beach is within walking distance too. We are hoping to return. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Everything about our stay, from communication with the owners, to the villa itself and all the facilities was excellent. The owners are clearly committed to ensuring they give the very best service and experience to their guests and are extremely welcoming and helpful. For an extended family including grandparents, parents and children it was perfect, spacious, loads of outside space in sun or shade and a wonderful pool. All the facilities are great, lots of towels, good showers, lovely barbecue, loads of seating, everything is good. It was so lovely around the villa we spent most of our time there, our 2 granddaughters just loved the pool. Thank you Marie and Franck we have had a wonderful holiday.

Wonderful hosts and an excellent property
Marie couldn’t have been more accommodating. We were travelling with 3 children and she went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. The property is modern and well equipped and within a short distance to everything you need. Bars, restaurants and supermarkets are all within a 10 mintute walking radius. We had the pool heated and it was almost impossible to get the children out! The area was very private and it was exactly what we were looking for. If we could have given 6 stars we would have. Perfect place to stay
Stayed for a week, family of 4, and in short had a great stay, can’t think of anything negative to say. Hosts were great, really helpful and know the area well. We heated the pool, which meant it got used all the time everyday, it was lovely to sit out there everyday, very peaceful. The area is very quiet, very little noise, which makes for a relaxing stay. The villa was very well kitted out, comfy beds, choice of pillows, great kitchen, with a welcome pack in the fridge a lovely touch. Good internet/Wi-Fi, loads of areas to sit in the pool/garden, plus a lemon tree hidden away! Nice area, not far from multiple beaches, 3x supermarkets 5 mins away. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic villa in a good location - perfect for a self contained holiday with family and friends
We spent just over a week at this villa and loved every moment. The owners are incredibly helpful and informative and everything you could need is in the villa. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and had it been a little warmer (we went October) we would have ventured to the beaches. We will definite return for ly relaxing week at some point. Definitely would recommend to other couples, or a family, two couples and their children. There is plenty to keep the children entertained, and if you are missing home just too much, there is even UK TV. I only found this out mid week, but I could have watched Coronation Street!! But no, I tend not to watch TV away, but we did watch some Netflix in the evenings. Plenty of games and good Wifi. I had to do some work and had no problem at all. You can walk into the main town area in the evening if you want, but everything is also very accessible by car. We hired a car from Malaga and travelled up the coast. The roads put ours to shame, there were easy to drive and we visited Murcia, Valencia, La Manga, for a bit of local culture, food and people watching. Only advice would be to any other British guests, try to speak some Spanish. This is not like other resorts where everyone speaks fluent English. Don't get me wrong you will get by, (google translate perfect for menus) but they really appreciate you trying to communicate in their language. Even just basis Hola, Gracias etc. I really enjoyed experiencing where other Europeans go on holiday (Spanish, French. Dutch, German etc) rather than just the more popular British crowded places like Benidorm etc - though we did stop in there on our way back from Valencia, to watch the sunset!! This part of Spain has amazing sunsets!! See for yourself!!
