“Very nice place”

“The amenities of the villa was great the experience of staying in the villa was great but wifi was down so we couldnt make use of the smart tv. The pool in our villa was nice. The service though was lacking for us because they did not do anything or even show any effort that they were handling the issue. Ice was also not available so we had to buy outside. The villa was comfortable and going around the property to see the animals was a fun experience. If you were to spend the night I suggest you……

“Very helpful staff, gave us sound information on both the sightseeing and transportation. Location was very quiet, walking distance to historic Vigan. We had a problem with the booking on the breakfast which was included in our Hotels.com booking which was quickly resolved at the front desk and I did not have to go through the torture of trying to remotely communicate with Hotels.com. “Amazing location within walking distance of major tourist spots including calle crisologo and staff are really nice and helpful. The rooms are spacious with good air conditioning and hot water, and it has that old vigan charm. Cons: the water pressure and wifi signal aren’t very good. ”
