Overpriced, they nickel and dime you for everything. Front end staff not friendly. They never acknowledge you, say hi. They just look at you every time and avoid any interaction. Rooms are basic. There’s no microwave. They have the tiniest 1 microwave in the lobby. Not worth it.

✴️✴️✴️✴️✴️💯 absolutely would stay here again‼️ I did not hear any airplane noise from within my room. Spacious, modern design and comfortable bed. Mahalo’s to the front desk crew in graveyard shift, I was even asked what floor would I prefer and whether how far from a walk from either side of the Bar/ Lounge area would I want my room to be. Free airport shuttle every 15 minutes was amazing. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

The shuttle between the airport and the hotel is super convenient! The room is spacious and clean. There is a fancy hot food machine serving ramen and rice bowl in the lobby. I can hear training passing sound from time to time, maybe because it is close to train line.

Loved the location and ease to get to and from the hotel to the airport. I had room 301 on my first visit, and 3 weeks later 201. It was a little gem and worked perfectly for my needs. It was also pretty quiet.

The hotel was nice. Rooms were spacious and good condition. The airport shuttle got full quickly as it is shared with the neighboring hotel. They could add shuttles in the peak morning times. Leave early if taking the shuttle in the morning so you don’t miss your flight.
