"Our 3-night stay was great here. The view of the Andes Mts. Is a beautiful sight at sunrise. They had a super variety of food at breakfast and on their dinner menu. The elevators both worked quickly and the parking garage was shaded. Our room had a refrigerator and a safe. They offered cleaning each day but we just wanted towels or garbage picked up. The hotel is in a great location off the freeway. Negative was the pool was cold!👀😉"

"The property is very well located. It is a beautiful building with comfortable rooms and a great service. Breakfast buffet is awesome. Never had a comparable experience in another other hotel. "The property is a bit tired. The staff was very accommodating. I was a bit mislead by the number of facilities on the website. For instance there is only on restaurant not several. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was minimal and the swimming pool was huge but dirty. Also not many chairs by the pool and it is not on the property but adjacent to it (300 yards). That being said, the staff made up for all the shortcomings of the property. "

"I'm not sure why this hotel is rated so highly. I would call it just so-so. The rooms are in bad need of updating, and it took forever for the heater to warm the room. Perhaps it's the best thing in San Fernando? I was hoping that since the property had a conference center the staff would speak English, however that was not the case. "We are a family of four (with two little kids), and this was a great place for us to stay! The cabin is beautiful and very comfortable. Paloma was very communicative and helpful. The kids loved waking up to the roosters, taking a long bath in the jacuzzi, and the surprise dusting of snow on our last morning! The fresh eggs and honey were a special (and delicious) touch.
