Excellent location
The location of this property is wonderful. Easy walk to the ocean or the bay. Great restaurants nearby. We spent a lot of time on the rooftop deck enjoying the views. The management company was extremely friendly and communicative. They checked in during our stay via text to see if we needed anything. We will definitely consider this property again for our next trip to Mission Bay.

Great Location
Our trip was awesome! This place is so close to Mission Beach. It was very clean, comfy beds, very roomy, loved the rooftop deck and loved being able to have my dog. Would definitely stay here again during a cooler month as this place has no AC and it got a little warm at evening and during the night and we brought extra fans! There are a lot of stairs as well so we had to block our small dog all the time.

Love the property!
My 4 adults kids and I stayed at this property and absolutely enjoyed it. The roof was the best, we were able to watch the fireworks every night as well as the beautiful weather all from the rooftop. Location, amenities and communications with the property manager were all great!

Overall this property was very nice and was perfect for our stay. I did have an issue that the owner of the property entered through the garage during our stay and we also had some repairmen accidentally enter the property. So I think that part needs to be cleaned up with the property manager.

Had a wonderful time with family. Location was great, close to both the bay and beach. It did get a little noisy one night but overall trip was good. There were 6 of us and it fit us all without feeling crowded.

Great location
Pros: The location is ideal. Very close to the bay or ocean, bike rentals, Mexican food, gelato, acai bowls, and a liquor store with some basic groceries. The interior is really pretty. Contemporary furnishings. comfortable beds. Two tandem parking spots that fit my two small suvs. The rooftop deck is fun and you can see nice sunsets. We were happy to bring out pets, but keep in mind you are not allowed to bring dogs to the beach or bay between 9am - 6pm. Strong WiFi connections. We could hold video calls with no issues. When checked-in the text message provided the WiFi code but it was wrong. We eventually got the right WiFi code when we scanned the QRC code on the refrigerator. We lost an hour trying to figure that out. Cons: I know the listing says there is no A/C, but the upstairs master bedroom would get very hot, even when it was 70 degrees outside. There just wasn't a lot of air flow in that room. Recommend adding an additional fan to that room.

Great beach house for families.
We have 6 kids and this beach house was perfect. Clean, and soft sheets, fresh towels and beach towels available. Nice and clean overall and not much my kids could ruin or break. Win win! The beach is one block away and the bay is on the other side a block away. Such a great location! Can’t beat it.

This place is amazing. Close to everything. And we did fit a suburban in the garage. They also have boogie boards and beach chairs. Only thing we would have liked is more blankets for the beds. 🌴🌊

Filthy grill & subpar kitchen
The floors and bathrooms were very clean. However, we rented a house so we could cook meals to save money. The freezer would only freeze ice. It would not keep ice creams sandwiches, waffles & pizza frozen. They were soft. We went to cook on the grill, and it was so clogged with grease that it would not start. There was no brush or even aluminum foil to clean the grill. We had to borrow a brush from a neighbor to clean. We have rented a lot of cabins and homes on vacation and this is the first home that did not have ANY supplies in the kitchen--not even salt & pepper.
